Hostel Rules & Regulations
Mandatory Residence
All students enrolled in residential courses must reside in the Nurses Hostel and adhere to all hostel rules.
Authority & Discipline
Students must respect and obey the hostel warden at all times.
Warden’s permission is required before meeting relatives, even during visiting hours. Only pre-authorized visitors (with photos in the file and parental/principal approval) are allowed.
Communication & Privacy
All outgoing letters must be submitted unsealed to the warden for inspection before posting.
Mobile phone usage is restricted—permitted only once a month on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
Leave & Out Passes
No out passes are granted during the first three months until students pass their first-term exams.
In emergencies, out passes may be granted only if accompanied by parents/guardians.
After the first term, students may obtain out passes in groups of three for essential activities (e.g., shopping), but must return before 7 PM.
All out passes must be signed by the principal during office hours and shown to the warden before leaving.
Health & Safety
Any illness must be reported to the warden immediately.
Students cannot visit staff quarters without prior permission from the principal and warden.
Additional Guidelines
Detailed rules regarding food, hygiene, study hours, and chapel attendance will be provided at the start of the course.
