Hostel Rules & Regulations

  1. Mandatory Residence

    • All students enrolled in residential courses must reside in the Nurses Hostel and adhere to all hostel rules.

  2. Authority & Discipline

    • Students must respect and obey the hostel warden at all times.

    • Warden’s permission is required before meeting relatives, even during visiting hours. Only pre-authorized visitors (with photos in the file and parental/principal approval) are allowed.

  3. Communication & Privacy

    • All outgoing letters must be submitted unsealed to the warden for inspection before posting.

    • Mobile phone usage is restricted—permitted only once a month on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

  4. Leave & Out Passes

    • No out passes are granted during the first three months until students pass their first-term exams.

    • In emergencies, out passes may be granted only if accompanied by parents/guardians.

    • After the first term, students may obtain out passes in groups of three for essential activities (e.g., shopping), but must return before 7 PM.

    • All out passes must be signed by the principal during office hours and shown to the warden before leaving.

  5. Health & Safety

    • Any illness must be reported to the warden immediately.

    • Students cannot visit staff quarters without prior permission from the principal and warden.

  6. Additional Guidelines

    • Detailed rules regarding food, hygiene, study hours, and chapel attendance will be provided at the start of the course.
